Franco wears many hats as our Group CEO, Artistic Director, and marketing guru. Franco is also the Chief Vision Officer at the Legato Choral Festival and Awards. He's the visionary behind FPP, guiding us towards artistic excellence.

Tiaan Ras
With a flair for marketing and strategy, Tiaan spearheads our events and communications efforts in FPP as the company's Group Chief Strategy Officer. He takes the lead at The Legato Choral Festival and Awards by acting as its CEO. His job is to make sure it's a show to remember!
Legal eagle and Group COO
Andries Brümmer
Legal eagle and Group COO extraordinaire, Andries keeps us in line with governance and operations. He's also our tech guru for the group. He oversees Vox Chamber Choir with precision and excellence and is Elmirie's right-hand man in Zuva Apparel. Andries is also the Chief Structure Officer at the Legato Choral Festival and Awards, making sure everything behind the scenes is structured and runs smoothly.

Chris Vale, Chief Experience Officer for the Legato Choral Festival and Awards, focuses on enhancing experiences and brand clarity. His professional singing career as a baritone, with experience in opera, jazz, and crossover music, provides valuable insight into the choral arts.

As the Chief Production Officer, Jaun is the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring that every process flows seamlessly. Working hand-in-hand with the COO, CXO, and theatre teams, he creates optimised structures and schedules to make the Legato vision a reality.
